The team behind the SOFO sensations, the Parrot club, Dragonfly, and Aguaviva, have now opened their newest concept in the Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel.

The restaurant is called Fogata, a Nuevo Latino Bar & Grill, and specializes in Latino and Caribbean flavors prepared over the open fire.

A passion for grilling in the kitchen, Fogata has a warm sexy, urban-tropical feel, with the sizzling colors creating both an indoor and alfresco waterfront dining area in which to enjoy the sultry San Juan nights.
